The app with simple jobs that can make you a hundred dollars or more every single day.
In this article, I will review side income earned from the Field Agent app and my experience with using it. Yesterday, I wrote an article about three ways to make a hundred dollars or more every single day from your smartphone, and number one on that list was Field Agent. However, I did this article two years ago or a year and a half ago, and I removed it because the quality was very poor, and I thought I did it again but I actually didn’t. So this information is from 2014 when I was actively doing Field Agent, but the same applies today.
What Is a Field Agent App?
So back to making money. You may have never heard about Field Agents, but Field Agents are a really popular app. Field Agent is an app that offers you promotional jobs, paid sampling, audits, free food, and more.
Now, I’ve tried several apps to make money and some work and some don’t. Of all the ones I’ve found to work, I’ve never earned as much as I’ve earned with Field Agent with minimal time invested.
My First Experience With a Field Agent
Now I’m going to share with you guys a screenshot of my phone with the app. I learned about Field Agents a couple months ago and I had it downloaded to my phone, and it wasn’t until recently that I actually decided to start using it.
Now in the last week of September, and remember this is back in 2019, I decided to go do some of the jobs as a Field Agent. I would say I spent maybe 15 minutes per day and three days within a week, and I was able to earn eighty dollars or more than eighty dollars.
Now after having that direct deposit in my account, I decided that it should be pretty easy for me to make a hundred dollars per week without much time invested or without it sidetracking me from my daily activities.
The Challenge of Finding Nearby Jobs
So in October, I planned to hit a hundred dollars per week. Now for some reason though, Field Agent had many jobs but they were all isolated or not near enough, and I just thought that it wouldn’t be worth it for me to be going around in opposite directions as it would cost me too much in time and traveling. Not to say it wouldn’t be profitable though.
Finding Jobs in Centralized Locations
Now once again late in the month, I found jobs that were in more of a centralized location and I had five plus jobs in the same location. So I went back on Field Agent and I did a couple of sampling jobs and audits. They were also really quick jobs. I can remember spending about three minutes on each.
So this month, I made just a little below 150 and I think Field Agent is really good if you want some side income. There’s really not much to it. You simply follow the job instructions, whether it be taking photos, answering questions about products, or checking the state of a property’s exterior.
A hundred dollars a week should be really easy for anyone who has the time for this, and moving forward I’m actually going to try to see if I can hit that 100 per week mark, if not more.
The Agent Score System
Now Field Agent also has Agent Scores, as you can see here. Now this score tells if you’re a good Field Agent. The more jobs you complete, the higher it goes. What I’ve also realized with the app is that each time you complete a job, you get one point. The higher your Agent Score is, the more you get paid for doing the same jobs or jobs of similar nature.
Example of Agent Score Benefits
So for instance, there was an audit job that I did last month. It was eight dollars or it paid eight dollars. I did three of these jobs. My Agent Score was about 80.
Now my Agent Score is about 105 or possibly more at the time of making this video. Now the same audit came around and this time it was 15 for doing the exact same thing. I’ve seen the same with other jobs.
I got paid six dollars to eat some pizza and I was refunded for the cost of the pizza as well. The same job was now 15 after my Agent Score went up.
Customer Support
The other thing I like about Field Agent is that they have support. I did email them and I got a response within three hours, and not the automated response that happens instantaneously. Someone actually replied to my email.
Example of a Quick Job
Here’s a snip of me taking photos for one job. So here I was asked to take photos of signs and the parking area of this Walmart.
I was already planning on going to a family gathering and the Walmart was just at the exit I had to take, so I drove in and snapped photos of the signs in the parking area. Then I pulled over and I answered about six yes or no questions. I then left happily knowing that I just made 18 for doing that.
The Most Popular Types of Jobs on Field Agent
Audit Section
Now these are jobs where you will check the status of a product, an aisle, or a display. So you may have to take a photo and answer questions about how many products are available and if they are located in the right place in a store. Now you should be in and out very quickly with these jobs.
Customer Service
These are usually jobs where you’re asked to visit a store and spend a few minutes just walking around naturally, just browsing the store. But in reality, you are seeing how the employees interact with the customers, and you may even be asked to ask the employees a question or two and rate the interaction with the team members from that store location.
These jobs usually take a bit longer since you walk around for a while, but still about 10 minutes of your time should be good enough. Additionally, you may be asked to record the name of the person you interacted with and what department they were from. This type of job usually pays more.
Bonus Opportunities
Then there are bonus opportunities. This is a reward for doing a couple of the same job. So for instance, there may be a 20 bonus for completing five customer service jobs. Now you are already paid for each job you do, but as soon as you complete five jobs, then you can get that bonus.
Buy and Try
Another category here is the Buy and Try. Now this is probably or was my favorite because I got free stuff and I get paid for getting free stuff. So it’s not free anymore, it’s double free.
Anyway, you can let’s say get a job for buying donuts, buy a box of donuts, eat them, and answer questions seeing how you like them. Now you do pay for the donuts, but you are reimbursed the full price by giving Field Agent a photo of your receipt. In addition to that, you get paid for doing it.
Now usually Buy and Try jobs aren’t the highest paying and you may only get five or six dollars for these jobs. But as I said before, when your Agent Score goes up, the reward for everything seems to get higher. And don’t forget you’re getting free stuff. Free stuff from food to laundry detergent.
Pickup Surveys
Another category here is the Pickup Surveys. This is where you will go online and order an item, anything you desire from Walmart for example, and then go and use the store’s pickup service.
So you can order whatever you would already be buying at Walmart for example, and then go and pick it up. With this job, usually you’re asked about the signs directing you to the pickup area, the interaction with the store associate, the cleanliness of the area for pickup, and how long you had to wait.
These usually pay a bit more at around 15 or 20 dollars plus per survey, and they do count towards the bonus category. So usually after five you will get an additional bonus payment.
Just for You
Another category is Just for You. In this section, you will find jobs that will ask you about a recent product that you reviewed. They ask if you purchased it again afterwards, or they may ask about the type of laundry detergent you use at home and why you use it.
These don’t pay a lot, but they usually have one to three questions and you do this at home or anywhere.
General Category
Now another category here is the General Category. Now from my memory, there has been almost every type of job here from store audits to customer service to Buy and Try.
Time Sensitive
The other category that I’ve seen is Time Sensitive. For this one, you’re usually given a promotion that is underway at the store and you need to visit the store between the hours of the promotion, snap a photo of the promotion, and answer questions such as if anyone was offering samples and if there were any products there to be bought.
Income Potential and Investment
Now again a hundred dollars in a month or a week won’t make you a millionaire, but it’s a pretty good stream of income, especially for the amount of work needed.
Now if you aren’t already investing, then this is probably a great way to get some extra money that you can now invest in using apps such as M1 Finance and start buying fractional shares or ETFs and grow your investment portfolio.
If you made a hundred dollars a week on Field Agent and invested it, at the end of six months you would have two thousand four hundred dollars invested. If you did this for a year, you would have four thousand eight hundred dollars invested, in addition to dividend payouts and the value of your investments increasing over that period of time.
How would you like if 12 months from now someone handed you 4,800? Well, now you have the option to earn up to that amount in your free time or even more if you spend more time on Field Agent jobs every day.
My Overall Thoughts on Field Agent
Now my overall thoughts on Field Agent or the Field Agent app is that it’s a great way to make additional income. I don’t believe that this is something that you could do full-time, though I have used the app only in a small city where I live.
If you were in a larger city, I presume that there would be much more jobs available and more money to be made from this app. Also, I spent one to two hours and only two to three days per week doing Field Agent.
When withdrawing funds, it takes two to three days for the money to get to your account.
